| Please remember |
- any older versions of software is okay
- include all of the needed Fonts or images (Quark Express and Illustrated)
- make sure your images are at least 600 dpi, size or larger (200%)
- use a compression program when sending larger or multiple files (WinZip or Stuffit)
- Convert your text to curves or outlines (Illustrator and CorelDraw)
- For process color printing on T-Shirts, use 65 screen emulsion up.

PLEASE SEND ARTWORK as clean colour separated camera ready.
Camera ready is defined as black & white, colour separated 600 DPI (or higher) copy or artwork.

Examples of artwork that is NOT camera ready :
- Photographs
- Photocopies
- Faxed art
- Letterhead
- Business cards
- Jpegs
- Any other art that requires touching up, colour separation or made to one colour.
Any artwork received that is NOT camera ready is Subject to additional charges and is assessed according to the degree of difficulty and amount of time required to convert to camera ready. Reworked art is charged at Dhs 150 per hour. You will be notified of charges before any work is done.

| PERFECT CIRCLE IMPRINTS |
| May not print or embroider as “perfect circles” on cups, mugs or other products that are tapered or curved. |

Standard viewable areas will be used for printing at our discretion in one position for most products

DELIVERY |

| Standard production time is 2-4weeks unless otherwise stated in our quotation. Allow 3 days more if camera ready artwork is not supplied. Delivery will be free of charge within Dubai, Jebel Ali & Sharjah.

PROOF |

| For all confirmed orders, a paper proof will be supplied, and only after final approval of PP, a pre production sample will be made if necessary. Any changes after pre-production sample is done, will be charged a set up charge of Dhs. 200.00 plus cost of plate changed (See plate charges info)
